Renato Ibarra Mina (born January 20, 1991) is an Ecuadorian professional footballer who plays as a winger. He is known for his speed and dribbling skills.

Ibarra began his career in Ecuador with El Nacional before moving to the Netherlands to play for Vitesse. He then transferred to Club América in Mexico, where he spent a significant portion of his career. He also had stints with Atlas and Club Tijuana in Liga MX.

Internationally, Ibarra has represented the Ecuador national team on numerous occasions, participating in FIFA World Cup qualifying matches and other international competitions.
